What's your turnaround time?
Highlight reels: 5–7 days standard, 3 days rush (+$50). Graphics: 24–48 hours single, 48–72 hours for bundles. Social management posts are drafted 5 days ahead so you can preview them.
Do you work with athletes outside the US?
Yes. We've worked with athletes in 12 countries. We can work from Hudl, YouTube, Vimeo, or any platform. Social media can be managed for any platform audience.
What if I need revisions?
Bronze includes delivery only. Silver includes one revision round. Gold includes two revision rounds. Additional revisions are $25 each. Graphics single orders include one revision, bundles include two.
How do I submit footage?
After ordering, you'll get a link to submit Hudl, YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive links. We can also work from your social media posts if that's easier.
Can I pause social management?
Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time for up to 30 days per year at no charge. We won't bill you during a pause.
Do you offer recruiting advice?
We focus on content and brand. For direct recruiting strategy (contacting coaches, official visits, NCAA rules), we recommend a dedicated recruiting advisor. We can suggest resources if needed.
